  • El Corte Inglés Card

    Shop for anything you want, when you want, without having to carry any money. The card is free. You will get a monthly statement of your purchases, which will be charged to your bank account according to the form of payment you choose, on the last day of the month following your purchases.   • Credit card

    In addition to your El Corte Inglés card, we also accept the following credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, 4B, Tarjeta 6000, American Express, Diners Club International and JCB Card.

  • Gift Vouchers

    Make a personal gift without worrying about what to choose, and for any amount you wish. The recipient of your gift will be able to use it at any of our departments.

  • Financing

    With our personal payment formula, you don't have to worry about financing problems. You can pay your balance over a maximum 36 months, starting at € 30 a month.   • Customer Service Department

    You are welcome to visit our Customer Service Departments in every one of our stores, where they will answer any questions you may have during our opening hours. Come and see us.

  • Talk to us

    We have set up a discussion site where you can contact us. In addition, we provide a traditional telephone service to allow you to call El Corte Inglés directly. Every day of the year, from Monday to Sunday during store hours, we will be available to take any questions or suggestions you may have by phoning 901 122 122.

  • Wedding Lists

    Every item from the wide selection we regularly offer at our stores is available for brides and grooms to add to their wedding lists. In addition, we offer additional promotions to brides and grooms, such as a 10% discount on all purchases they make during the 6 months prior and the 12 months after the wedding.

  • Automatic Cash Dispensers.

    Get cash at any time from our dispensers without having to leave our stores.

  • Shopping List Service

    Shop conveniently at any of our departments, without the nuisance of having to carry bags or boxes. You may collect all your purchases at once when you have finished shopping and pay the full amount in a single transaction.

  • Car Park

    To facilitate access by car, almost every one of our stores has its own car park. In general, if you make a purchase using your El Corte Inglés Card, exceeding the amount specified at each store, the first two hours of parking are free.

  • Hairdressers'

    The hairdressers in our shopping centres are at your service during opening hours, serving men, women and children.

  • Restaurant Reservations

    Reserve a table for lunch at the centre's restaurant with the staff at our Information Desk.

  • Telephone orders

    This service allows you buy your groceries and other articles from the supermarket, including cleaning products, without having to leave your home. Just call us or send us a fax, and we will deliver your order.

  • Garages

    We have a specialised department at your service to take care of your vehicle's maintenance. We offer professional installation and assembly for all purchased accessories and the most complete product selection.

  • Home deliveries

    At the food and cleaning departments, if you make a purchase exceeding an established amount in each store, we will deliver any products that you are unable to take home for yourself. 

  • Special packaging

    Let us pack your purchases absolutely free of charge. We will provide the ideal packaging for your fragile items to reach their final destination in perfect condition or so that that special gift remains in perfect condition.
