You will find all the services we offer at the Tourist Information Center such as: interpreters, shopping card, money exchange, VAT or IGIC refund, store directories in different languages, city maps, travel, restaurant or city show reservations, hotel or country of origin deliveries and personalized assessment. Available in the following department stores of Madrid: Castellana, Preciados & Callao. Barcelona: Pza. Cataluña. Sevilla: Pza. del Duque. Málaga. Marbella. Granada. Costumer Service Department (SAC)
All our department stores have this service available where you can find additional information in order to fill out the proper documentation for the VAT or IGIC refund, assistance with the Shopping Card Service or solve whatever question you may have.Currency Exchange. -
Interpreters
Need help communicating with our personnel? Allow our Tourist and Center (please check the list of stores) or our Customer Service Department to provide you with an interpreter that speaks your language assist you during your shopping experience. -
Identification Tags
Look for flags on our personnel identification tags and you will be able to determine the languages they speak. -
Shopping Card
Shop without carrying your merchandise. With the shopping card you can pick up and pay for all your purchases at our Customer in one transaction. Please request this from our personnel. -
Exchage
You can exchange your currency in euros at the current exchange rate at our Customer Service Department located in many of our department stores. Check availability. -
ATM Machines
Make your transactions at any time without leaving our department stores. See stores for locationsty. -
V.A.T. Refund
If you reside in a non European Union (EU) country, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, you can request the Value Added Tax refund on goods purchased in our department stores for purchases over 90,15 Euros. -
I.G.I.C. Refund
Available at our Canarias department stores in Las Palmas & Tenerife. If you reside in a non European Union (EU) country, you can benefit from the I.G.I.C. tax on goods purchased. For more information check with our Customer Information Center. -

Each department store has its own directory in several languages so you can find your way around and access our departments, services, restaurants & cafeterias. Request one at the Tourist Information Center or Customer Service Department. -
City Maps
Available and free of charge at any of our department stores, 5, 4 & 3 star hotels. Find your way around our city and find useful information about museums and sightseeing. Request your map at Tourist Information Center or Information Desk. One per person please.
