    The Click&Collect service allows you to collect your online order from the shopping centre of your choice or from other collection points (Correos and Celéritas) with whom we have an agreement.

  • What steps must I follow when collecting my Click&Collect order?

    To collect your Click&Collect order, you must follow these steps:

     

    Step 1

    If the product you wish to purchase has the Click&Collect option, you will see this indicated as a highlighted service on the product itself and also during the first step of the purchase process. You just need to select it as the delivery method.

     

    Step 2

    You have three Click&Collect options to choose from. Pick the one that best suits you:

    • Centres: Collect your order free of charge from the centre of your choice. Depending on the availability of the product at each centre, you can collect the order on that same day or at a future date.
    • SuperCor: For just one euro, you can collect your shopping at any Supercor store.
    • Other collection points: For two euros, you can choose other collection points, including Correos, stationery shops, book shops, kiosks and computer shops.

     

    Step 3

    Once your order has been placed, we will keep you informed via email and SMS (if you prefer) of the status of your order and when you can come collect it from the chosen collection point.

  • Where do I collect my Click&Collect order at El Corte Inglés centres?

    You can choose to collect your order at the corresponding department/floor or at the Click&Collect point (shopping list service) available at each centre.

    If the order contains products from different product families (for example, a T-shirt and a DVD), we’ll bring them to the collection point so that you can avoid the trouble of going to each section separately.

  • Where do I collect my Click&Collect order at Supercor and other collection points?

    You can collect your Click&Collect order at Supercor stores and other collection points (Correos, stationery stores, bookshops, kiosks, computer shops, etc.). Go to any till or speak to a store manager at the store where your Click&Collect order is awaiting collection.

  • What documentation must I present to collect my Click&Collect order?

    To collect your Click&Collect order, you only need to present your ID and the order collection email that we have sent to your email address.

    If you select a Celéritas point, we will send you an email with a PIN code that you must provide when collecting your order.

  • Can another person collect my Click&Collect order?

    During the purchase process you can indicate if you will collect the Click&Collect order, or if you will authorise someone else to collect it. The authorised person must present their ID and the order collection email in order to receive the order.

    If, when placing the order to be collected in the shopping centre, you have chosen the option to pay in instalments, the order may only be collected by the person under whose name the purchase was made, as they will have to sign a financing contract when collecting the order.

  • At what time can I collect a Click&Collect order?

    You can collect your Click&Collect order from the corresponding Department or at the chosen Shopping List Service point, during the same opening hours as the Shopping Centre. The opening hours of each Shopping Centre may vary, however, most open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm, and Sunday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm. Bear in mind that there are some departments or floors within a centre that do not open on Sundays. The 48-hour Delivery period does not apply in these cases except for home deliveries. Nevertheless, we suggest you check the opening hours of each centre here.

    At other collection points (Correos and Celéritas), the hours may vary significantly. After creating the order and selecting the collection point, the opening hours and days for the respective collection point appear.

  • How long do I have to collect my Click&Collect order?

    For orders using Click&Collect and other collection points (Celéritas and Correos), you have seven calendar days from the time you receive the email stating the order is available for collection.

  • What happens if I do not collect my Click&Collect order within the indicated time slot?

    If you do not collect the order in the indicated time slot, which is seven days from receiving the email, it will be returned to our warehouse. Once received, a refund will be issued according to the payment method chosen.

  • Can I try on the products at the shopping centre where I collect the order?

    If you are collecting the order from the respective department/floor, you are welcome to try on the product and, if it is not satisfactory, change it or return it at that time.

  • Can I return my order if I have collected it at Supercor stores or other collection points?

    The Click&Collect orders collected at Supercor and other collection points can be returned like any order with home delivery. You can return an order by calling Customer Service for home collection. Bring it to any Centre or using Correos and Celéritas, as per Royal Decree 1246/2008 of 18 July.

  • Can I return my order if I have collected it at an El Corte Inglés centre?
    Click&Collect orders collected at Shopping Centres can only be returned at a centre.

  • Why can’t I select Click&Collect when making a purchase at El Corte Inglés?

    During the purchase process, it is possible that home delivery is the only available option. This occurs when an item is out of stock at our Shopping Centres . As a result, it will have to be sent from one of our warehouses.
