Special Conditions

Fashion articles, accessories, watches, books, music, films and video games are delivered to any destination, both in Spain and the rest of the world.

Electronics, home furnishings, computers, sports, suitcases, wines and baby products are delivered to destinations in the European Union including (large domestic appliances are excluded, which are sent only to the delivery zones that can be selected when purchasing this type of product).

Gift vouchers can only be delivered to mainland Spain and Balearic Island addresses.

Jewellery articles may be delivered to addresses in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands only.

Flowers, baskets of fruit and baby gift baskets can only be delivered to addresses in mainland Spain.

We do not ship orders to PO Boxes.

It is important to be aware of this information when purchasing certain types of articles:

Cinema (Videos and DVD)
The broadcast system in Spain is the PAL system, so all films sold require equipment that broadcasts in this system.

Video Games
Video game consoles (Playstation 2, Playstation 3, Xbox, Xbox 360, Game Cube, Nintendo Wii...) work exclusively on televisions with the PAL System.

Home videos, discs, video games or other products that may be immediately copied instantly may only be exchanged for the same titles.

Wines
The sale of alcohol to minors under the age of 18 is prohibited.

Perfumes
Perfumes containing alcohol cannot be delivered to some destinations (see Delivery and returns on product page).

Bicycles
Bicycles are delivered in the original packaging and therefore need a final adjustment before use.

Arms
Order can only be processed following receipt of the required valid documentation (photocopy of the National ID Document and arms licence of the person in whose name the arm is to be registered). Deliveries are restricted to mainland Spain and payment may not be made in cash.

Pre-sales
In our e-commerce shops, you have the option of reserving certain articles before they are available for sale. In these cases, we inform you that we can not dispatch the order before the release dates indicated by the companies (these dates may be modified by the companies without prior notice).
