Large electrical appliances, air conditioning, furniture and mattresses, free delivery on orders over 300 euros.

In the event of payment in cash (in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands only), delivery charges will be increased by €1.50. These charges are applied per delivery, regardless of the number of articles.

Orders that include items for which different shipping rates apply will be charged at a single rate which will be the highest applicable rate.

** Pick-up service at Opencor/Supercor, available for video games, small electrical appliances, electronics, computers, sports, toys, fashion, perfumes, cosmetics, stationery, books, music and cinema.

The delivery time to the stated address is 10 days (21 days in the Canary Islands) excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Flowers

These charges are applied per delivery, regardless of the number of bunches or bouquets. (See terms and conditions)

Travel

These charges are applied for delivering aeroplane tickets, vouchers and travel documentation.

Gift Voucher
€9.80

Due to the characteristics of the Gift Voucher, joint orders cannot be made with different types of products.

Supermarket and Gourmet Club:
The delivery time is 24 hours provided that the order is confirmed before 7:00 pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, when the delivery time will be 48 hours.

Christmas Hampers will only be sent to destinations on mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

The prices indicated include transport, packaging, insurance and customs clearance charges. Import taxes (tariffs) are not included and must be paid in cash at the destination by the person receiving the merchandise.

You may pay for your purchases with the El Corte Inglés store card or with your credit or debit card. The order amount plus the delivery costs will be charged to your account when the items are ready for shipping.

CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERIES TO CEUTA AND MELILLA

Delivery costs
Delivery costs include transport, insurance and customs at source. For delivery to countries not part of the EU, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties)are not included; the recipient will have to settle these in cash in order to receive the merchandise.

The recipient shall be required to pay all import costs and custom duties at the destination, regardless of whether or not the merchandise is accepted.

The goods will be dispatched in the shortest time possible; however, the recipient should take into account the import procedures of the destination country, for which El Corte Inglés cannot be held responsible. Neither shall El Corte Inglés accept any liability for delays caused by strikes, armed conflicts or other circumstances beyond its control.

El Corte Inglés does not accept any liability for delays due to customs procedures or in the event that the local authorities decide to confiscate any part of the order.

The delivery charges for all exported products are based on the calculated volumetric weight and their destination.

Orders of over 5 kg and large or bulky items are subject to additional transport charges and the delivery times may vary.
