To view the status of your orders, click on the View My Orders link located in the left-hand menu of your user account. This feature allows you to check the status of your order: pending, out for delivery, delivered, being prepared, etc.
If there is no order information available immediately after having placed it, don’t worry. It can sometimes take a few minutes to appear.
If your order has not arrived and the approximate delivery period has passed, look in your email to see if any messages have been sent to you informing you of an incident with your order. Also, check your spam folder just in case a message has been filtered into it.
If you have not received any notification, call 900 373 111 or send an email to email@example.com and we will resolve the issue.
It is likely that each order had a different delivery period. Also, sometimes different types of products (e.g. a Home Furnishings product and a Fashion product in a single order) do not arrive at the same time.
To find out when an order will arrive go to “My account” and, in the “See all my orders” section, you can see the current status and approximate delivery date.
If you shopped using Click&Express with 2 hour delivery, there is a special tracking service available indicating if the courier has picked up the order and when it will arrive.
To cancel your order, go to My orders and log into your account. There you can select the order you want to cancel from the list. Once inside the order, and only if it can be cancelled, you will see the Options button. Click on the drop-down menu and click again on the Cancel icon.
Sometimes orders cannot be cancelled with this option (when they have been delivered to the courier agency or if you purchased as a guest, for example). In this case, please contact us by calling 900 373 111, or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
