You can use any of these means to return an item; we will notify the vendor of the return immediately:
The product must be unused and in perfect condition. Including accessories, documentation and original packaging; if not, the good will be subject to a depreciation.
You will only be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods if they have been handled in a manner other than that necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.
For any return method (home or shopping centre), the merchandise will be inspected in the seller’s facilities. Once the merchandise's proper condition has been confirmed, the customer will receive a refund for the total price plus delivery charges via the same payment method used for the original purchase, excluding cash, which will be refunded via bank transfer; the refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
The direct cost of returning the good or service will be borne by the customer, as established in the LGCU. The amount will be indicated on the product sheet.
A Market Place product is a product sold by a third party on the El Corte Inglés website. To see if an item is a Market Place product, you will see the phrase "Sold by... in its description. ".
We are not responsible for the items on sale, or the special offers made by third parties, or the guarantee for said items. You will also be able to identify them when you receive your order, as the initials MKTP will appear in the Sales Document.
Each Market Place vendor establishes their own terms and conditions. While El Corte Inglés facilitates transactions via its platform, it is not the buyer or the seller of these items. We simply facilitate the space for these transactions to be made. Therefore, the purchase of one of these items solely concerns the buyer and vendor; El Corte Inglés is not involved in said contract and therefore assumes no liability arising from it, nor is it the vendor's representative.
The vendor is the sole party responsible for the sale of their products, as well as for offering customer service for any matter related to the transaction, and for offering the guarantee set out in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November regarding goods of a durable nature, for two years after the purchase and/or delivery date.
El Corte Inglés only participates as an intermediary between the two parties in the case of order incidents or claims, so that the buyer and vendor may reach a fair agreement. To do so, El Corte Inglés provides Customer Service through its own department, and then communicates these claims to the vendor.
Market Place vendors may only deliver their products in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Market Place products are offered by third parties; therefore, El Corte Inglés online offers and promotions shall not be applicable to said products.
If after receiving the order you want to change the size or colour of a product, you can do so free of charge using one of the following methods:

Each vendor can establish their own shipping fees and delivery dates. Therefore, we recommend carefully reading the conditions in the shipping and returns tab on the product page before placing your order. The Flat Rate cannot be used to cover delivery charges when shipping these products.
