  • How long does it take to deliver my order?

    We can deliver an order to your home on the same day, as long as you place the order before 12 noon and there are delivery slots available in your area.

    You can also place an order and schedule a convenient day and time slot for its delivery within the seven days following your purchase.

  • How much are delivery charges?

    Preparation and delivery charges vary depending on the monetary amount:

    • Free on orders over €120 or over €100 with the El Corte Inglés Card.
    • €8 on orders under €120 or under €100 with the El Corte Inglés Card in Madrid, Bilbao, Palma de Mallorca, Vitoria, Pamplona, Zaragoza, Málaga, Sevilla, Castellón, Valencia, Barcelona, Las Palmas, Eibar y Alicante.
    • €6 on orders under €120 or under €100 with the El Corte Inglés Card in Murcia, Cartagena, Jaén, Linares, Granada, Córdoba, Oviedo, Tarragona, Tenerife, Vigo, Badajoz, Albacete, A Coruña, Talavera, Salamanca, León, Valladolid.

    The products offered in this service are aimed at end consumers under the terms and conditions provided for in the Spanish Retail Trade Act (Ley de Comercio Minorista). In this sense, any purchase request beyond the parameters of an average consumer and/or large-scale order from a single buyer and/or recipient may not be fulfilled.

  • What are the delivery hours?

    You can consult the available delivery times and dates in your area by clicking Delivery time at the top of the webpage, in your basket or during the Checkout stage of your order.

    Delivery hours tend to begin at 9:00 am and finish at 10:00 pm. Bear in mind that these times may vary depending on the day and the delivery area.

  • Can I return or exchange a product?

    If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can exercise your right to return without penalty, as long as the product you are returning is defective, is in bad condition or is not the product you requested.

    According to current regulations, the right of withdrawal is not applicable to food products sold at a distance, as the preservation of these products cannot be monitored after delivery and they can expire or quickly deteriorate (article 103, section D of the consolidated text of RDL 1/2007).
