El Corte Inglés Genil invites you to enjoy a unique gastronomic experience with Faralá, the Granada-based restaurant led by chef Cristina Jiménez, awarded one Michelin Star and one Repsol Sun.
During these special gastronomic days, Granada’s culinary heritage meets a contemporary vision through six creations inspired by the region’s finest products and flavours. From Motril prawns and charcoal-grilled turbot to Iberian pork with traditional Granada-style marinade, as well as two desserts that pay tribute to the identity of the Costa Tropical and the traditional Carnival Curd Dessert, each dish reflects the essence of the land.
