How does the SICOR Security Alarm Reception Centre work?
The Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) is a maximum security building with the best professionals and state-of-the-art technology, where the different signals emitted continuously and under constant surveillance by SICOR alarms from both homes and companies are received, attended and analyzed.
We check whether the warnings received are a real threat to act against in less than half a minute, or a false alarm, after always being verified.
In order to ensure secure communications, the SICOR alarms El Corte Inglés ARC has two-way communications equipment, a unique system that is impossible to inhibit and that allows the Police, Fire Department and Health Services to be alerted in emergency situations.

When the alarm in your home or business goes off, the alarm detectors are activated by collecting information and sending it to the control panel. This collects the information from all the sensors and sends it to the ARC, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Monitoring and verification of the signals received by the security systems are the main tasks of the ARC.
These verifications can be carried out in different ways: sequentially when several detection signals are displayed, by video or audio, or in person, by a guard on site with the ACUDA service.
