Standard delivery times to mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and the European Union is 10 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery time to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 21 working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. This time may vary depending on the type of product. Remember that each Custom’s office has a goods collection period; after this period, any goods are considered abandoned and the customer is responsible for any future consequence.

Standard delivery time to international destinations outside the European Union is approximately 10 working days in customs. The delivery time depends on the time taken to pay taxes (subject to custom inspections).
