Stella is making up for lost time. Shes a newly single mother in her early thirties. Shes never really dated and the apps didnt really exist last time she was single. Her ex has her daughter every Thursday night so shes free one night a week to work her way through every dating archetype she missed out on in her twenties. Theres the Gentleman for dinner dates. The Poet for deep conversation. And someone her friends are calling the Hummingbird hes full of energy but who Lou quietly thinks of as more of a Labrador.Dom starts out as the No Strings Attached Guy. Hes not looking for a girlfriend and hes tired of disappointing women who want him to settle down so hes completely up front about it. But Lou doesnt jump into bed with him and Dom soon becomes The Friend instead, spending time with her and her daughter whenever shes not on a date.
