Composition of the Board
The Group's corporate governance structure establishes the Board of Directors of El Corte Inglés, S.A. as the highest decision-making body of the company, except with respect to those areas that are the competence of the General Meeting of Shareholders as the supreme governing body where all its shareholders meet and participate.
The functioning and accountability of the Board of Directors are defined in the El Corte Inglés Articles of Associations.
