From the very outset, we have been a responsible company committed to complying with the law and transparency, and to behaving ethically in all areas of activity.
The Regulatory Compliance Function is an independent internal body that answers to the Board of Directors. It establishes management and organisational models that include the oversight and control measures to which all the managers and employees of El Corte Inglés Group are subject. That enables us to advance towards the best practices in Corporate Governance.
Code of Ethics contact
El Corte Inglés Group has a code of ethics that establishes the main ethics and conduct that govern all its business activities and which all members of the organisation must respect.
The Ethics Channel is a confidential means of communication for all members of the organisation and other stakeholders, such as customers and suppliers. The channel addresses any query, discrepancy or irregularity linked to compliance of our Code of Ethics.
The documentation will be protected as per the requirements established by Data Protection legislation in order to ensure the confidentiality of the details and purpose of the communication.
