Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics aims to establish the ethical and operational principles that the El Corte Inglés group is committed to, and defines the behavioural guidelines to be followed by its employees and managers in carrying out their professional duties.
This ethical commitment enforces compliance with the standards and regulations that apply at all times and with any internal standards and codes of conduct and good practices that the Group may adopt of its own free will.
This Code of Ethics is based on the following commitments:

Procedure and policy of the Ethical Channel
The El Corte Inglés Group’s Ethical Channel allows for direct confidential communication so that, both the people who make up the Group, and other interested parties, may notify any possible irregular behaviour or any act that they consider to be against the law, the standards of behaviour in the Code of Ethics or other applicable internal regulations.
